Terms of use
These terms apply to the Wildi apps and to this website. Your school may have its own rules for pickup, which also apply.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
The service
Wildi is provided by JDL Solutions to schools. Parents and staff use it through their school; the school decides who has access and how pickup works.
The parent app is free for parents. Schools use Wildi under a separate agreement with JDL Solutions.
Your account
Give accurate details, including your children's names and Qatar ID numbers, and keep your password private. You are responsible for the pickup requests made from your account.
Only add collectors you trust and have the right to authorize, and only with their agreement. The school approves each collector.
Using Wildi properly
Do not request a pickup for a child you are not allowed to collect, share your pickup code with anyone who is not collecting, try to get into another account, or interfere with the service.
The school may hold a child or refuse a handover at any time for the child's safety. The instructions of school staff at the gate come first.
Availability
We work to keep Wildi running during dismissal, but it depends on your school's server, internet connection and your phone. If the app is unavailable, follow your school's usual pickup procedure.
Liability
Wildi supports the school's dismissal process; it does not replace the school's responsibility for the children in its care. To the extent the law allows, JDL Solutions is not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the apps.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time. The school can remove your access, for example when your children leave the school.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. We will update the date on this page when they change.
